On Wednesday, August 30, the qualifying rounds for the group stage of the Champions League ended. Raków Częstochowa lost to FC Copenhagen on the last stretch and did not manage to get to the football paradise. We know who the Polish representatives will face in the Champions League
In this group stage of the Champions League, there will be no shortage of Polish representatives, led by Robert Lewandowski from FC Barcelona and Piotr Zieliński from SSC Napoli. The team of the captain of the Polish national team went to group H with FC Porto, Shakhtar Donetsk and Royal Antwerp. In turn, the central midfielder, who was close to leaving for Saudi Arabia, will face Real Madrid, SC Braga and Union Berlin in Group C
Jakub Kiwior’s Arsenal will face Przemysław Frankowski’s Lens, Sevilla and PSV Eidhoven in group B. Kamil Piątkowski, together with FC Salzburg, will fight to get out of group D with Benfica, Inter Milan and Real Sociedad. In turn, FC Copenhagen, the last rival of Raków Częstochowa, and Kamil Grabara’s team were placed in group A with Bayern, Manchester United and Galatasaray.
