Zbigniew Rau talked about Mr. and Mrs. Omar. “I was concerned about the minister’s statement”
The head of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on his visit to New York, where he is staying in connection with the 78th session of the UN General Assembly. His words in the interview for TVP Info worried the political scientist.
Minister Zbigniew Rau is in New York, where he began a five-day visit on the occasion of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly. When asked in an interview for TVP Info about its assumptions, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs pointed out that, among others, Accompanies President Andrzej Duda in his speeches in the General Assembly and the Security Council.
– I have a number of bilateral meetings with my counterparts, the foreign ministers of Palestine, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Omar, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Rau emphasized. The accusations against the opposition that were made a moment later, as well as the words about talks with the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the non-existent state Omar, did not escape the attention of Professor Antoni Dudek.
After San Escobar, it was time for “Omar”. “I must have missed the founding of this country.”
“Basically, everything is OK, I was only concerned by the minister’s statement that he also intends to meet with representatives of OMARU, because I must have missed the creation of this state,” wrote the political scientist.
When asked about the visa scandal in the same interview, the Minister of Foreign Affairs accused the opposition of creating fake news. – The leading fake news is the so-called the scandal of the century, which was supposed to arise at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. There is no visa scandal. (…) Irregularities in the issuance of just over 200 visas over the last 30 months were found. This practice was recognized by the Polish services, the CBA, which deals with this issue. During this time, we issued almost 2 million visas, including 1.5 million to Belarusians and Ukrainians, explained Zbigniew Rau.
“Minister Rau, staying in New York in connection with the session of the UN General Assembly, dwelt for a long time on the mistakes of the EU’s migration policy. In this context, he categorically denied that there was any visa scandal in Poland. There were only “irregularities” in the issuance of about two hundred visas and – as he emphasized – it took place outside the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as evidenced by the fact that no one from the ministry was arrested. He called Wawrzyk’s dismissal “nonsense” and the opposition’s accusations “a cascade of fake news.” He also warned that Tusk’s rule could end with the fifth partition of Poland,” Dudek pointed out.
