The investigative committee on envelope elections is boring. “We only found out one thing.”
The commission of inquiry into envelope elections is not an interesting spectacle for now. It does not attract public attention and does not add much to our knowledge about the events of the summer of 2020. It is clear that investigators from the ruling coalition are looking for Jarosław Kaczyński. So far, to no avail. Maybe this will change, but the commission has already heard the most passionate witness who could reveal something.
The Commission began its work at an extremely unfortunate moment, i.e. during the crisis surrounding Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik. Current events are always more interesting to the public than those that happened long ago and have been discussed many times. In addition, the commission is investigating events during the pandemic, which citizens have long forgotten about and do not want to remember the lockdown and other restrictions of that time.
That is probably why the testimony of the most ardent witness that the government could have called to attack PiS, i.e. Jarosław Gowin, former deputy prime minister and minister of science, went practically unnoticed.
And with the next witnesses it will only get worse.
