Sylwester Wardęga the first defendant in Pandora Gate. “A 13-page indictment was submitted to the court”
A YouTuber who exposed the pedophilic behavior of famous Internet creators became the first defendant in the case. Sylwester Wardęga faces trial.
In October last year, Sylwester Wardęga and Mikołaj Konopski opened “Pandora’s box” and published materials online that shocked Internet users. In their videos, they showed evidence against famous YouTubers who allegedly exchanged sexual messages with younger fans, asked for nude photos, solicited meetings, and even (in the case of Stuart “Stuu” Burton) had sexual contact with 14-year-olds. This pedophilia scandal was called “Pandora Gate”. Now new information has been revealed in the case.
Sylwester Wardęga was sued by Marcin Dubiel
After shocking information was revealed online, Stuu’s former best friend, Marcin Dubiel, quickly reacted to it. He denied the accusations against him and called Wardęga’s film “manipulation”. – I am disgusted by every person who has ever harmed a child and I want it to be clear: I completely distance myself from Stuart and all his disgusting behavior. Yes, we were friends for many years, but I never looked at his phone and had no right to know what he wrote to other people. Despite our many years of acquaintance, it turned out that I didn’t know everything about him – he explained in a video posted on Instagram.
Then Sylwester Wardęga shared materials against Dubiel in the film “The Whole Truth about Marcin Dubiel”, for which he recorded a 13-minute video in which he talked about his loved ones and the price they had to pay for the “Pandora Gate” scandal. He claimed that he was being harassed, that he did not leave the house, and that his family members were receiving calls with life-threatening threats. Ultimately, the whole scandal moved to court and the media was in vain to look for new information about the case. All we know is that Stuu is still in Great Britain, waiting for an extradition hearing.
Now it turns out that the case has started and there is already the first accusation in connection with “Pandora Gate”. However, it does not concern Stuart Burton or Marcin Dubiel, but… Sylwester Wardęga. Some time ago, Dubiel announced that his lawyers, after analyzing Wardęga’s recording, would file a private indictment against the author for defamation (pursuant to Article 212, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Penal Code). Now we know that it has come to fruition.
“The court received a 13-page indictment against Wardęga under Art. 212 of the Penal Code, i.e. slander. The injured were Marcin Dubiel. The gentlemen tried to reach an agreement outside of court, but failed. So there is a date for the first hearing,” journalist Jakub Wątor from the Goniec.pl portal reported.
According to information provided by the journalist, Wardęga and Dubiel met in February at a reconciliation meeting, but “the parties did not reach an agreement”. Due to this, there will be no settlement, and the first hearing will take place in April this year at the District Court in Mława. Sylwester Wardęga has already commented on these reports in an interview with “Pudelek”.
– Marcin announced on his Instagram that he was suing me for defamation on October 5. However, he later confirmed on his YouTube channel that the fragments of his conversations with the 14-year-old that I published actually took place. The first hearing has not yet taken place. I didn’t slander anyone in my material, so I’m calm, he said.
