Lenovo is constantly developing its offer for the education sector, teachers and students. The company focuses on providing educational solutions that meet their needs. New solutions designed specifically for the education sector include Lenovo 100e Chromebook 4th generation laptops and new services and software for more personalized and safe learning.
Laptop for students
Lenovo 100e Chromebook 4th Generation is equipped with enhanced security to enable students to work anywhere without fear of unauthorized access to their data. The computer is also resistant to impacts, falls and minor accidental spills.
The laptop has an 11.6-inch display with an optional touch screen and an Intel N-series processor, which is able to ensure high performance while studying. In turn, the ChromeOS operating system provides students with tools that can be useful in the classroom and beyond. The device weighs less than one and a half kilograms and is equipped with a battery that provides an operating time of up to 12 hours.
Services and software for the education sector
With Lenovo Chrome Education bundles, schools can now access more software solutions on Lenovo hardware. Education packs include an upgrade to Chrome Education, enabling schools to create optimal learning experiences for students, teachers and staff.
The LanSchool Classroom Management package is software for device management, monitoring and screen sharing. Additionally, cloud-based and AI-based NetFilter provides internet filtering, protection, and keystroke alerts.
Prices and availability
The Lenovo 100e 4th Generation Chromebook will be available in select markets around the world in the first quarter of 2024, with prices starting at $289.
