We reveal the assets of Rydzyk's father's people. PiS politicians, luxurious residences and apartments for seniors
Hectares of land, apartments donated by seniors and three luxurious residences in Warsaw. “Wprost” reached the undescribed property of Rydzyk's father's foundation and people associated with it. Politicians associated with Law and Justice, among others, bought apartments from the Redemptorists.
“In the central point of the apartment there is a living room with a fireplace, which is connected to the dining room, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the open kitchen. There is access to the terrace from the living room. In the second part of the apartment there are two spacious bedrooms with balconies and bathrooms. There are also two parking spaces for each apartment” – this is a fragment of an archival announcement about the sale of premises in a luxurious housing estate at the junction of two prestigious districts of Warsaw.
Three residences tower over the quiet, green surroundings. Each of them has two floors. Above them there is a small attic covered with red tiles. There are a total of 10 apartments there – 8 with an area of approximately 80 square meters and two with an area of almost 130 square meters. A square meter of an apartment in that area is valued at up to PLN 20,000. zloty. The value of one premises ranges between PLN 1.5 million and PLN 2.6 million.
The housing estate was built by Lidia Kochanowicz-Mańk, a member of the management board of the Lux Veritatis foundation. She has been taking care of Tadeusz Rydzyk's father's finances for years. The owners of the apartments included Redemptorists and politicians associated with Law and Justice. In addition, there is other, previously undescribed property of the order and the Father Director's foundation. These are donations from seniors and hectares of land. Some were bought from the government with a huge discount.
