The PO MP breaks her silence. “This Is The End”
“You made my life a horror that no one could survive. Day by day. Without a break, you massacred us with systemic intimidation and blackmail. And the public does not know about it, because I protected the girls from you for 10 months by remaining silent,” wrote Magdalena Filiks.
Magdalena Filiks described the behind-the-scenes proceedings regarding the death of her child on social media. “My son passed away in February 2023. I am the injured party in these proceedings. Unfortunately, following repeated requests from my attorney, I was not given access to the case files. Although the PiS media and PiS apparatchiks received insight – they intimidated me publicly,” reads the beginning of the entry.

The PO MP continues that access to the files “supposedly will be granted in January / when things will be ‘calmer'”. “In the meantime, the prosecutor’s office is still questioning my daughter, asking whether she committed an illegal act five years ago and asking who encouraged her to do it,” Filiks added.
“Data from the investigation is regularly published by fake accounts cooperating with Ziobro’s prosecutor’s office. The guys read my divorce files from five years ago and ask me questions every week to intimidate me. One fact plus three innuendos. It’s been like this for 10 months. Every day,” the Civic Platform politician emphasized.

“Quite informally, after a long time, I found out what the time of my child’s death was. The prosecutor was unable to break the code and password from my son’s devices – so I personally gave them the passwords just to read family conversations from these chats on X (former Twitter – ed.),’ says Filiks.
“I wish other people did not live in a country where a child’s body is deliberately not shown to its mother until it is no longer suitable for saying goodbye. I would like to thank Tomasz Terlikowski very much for preparing me to say goodbye to something that has not been my child’s body for a long time,” the PO MP further wrote.
PO MP on “Belarusian methods” of the police. “You’ll pay for this”
“I wanted to tell the Polish Police that sending tattooed men in plain clothes to my house who, without showing documents, intimidate my mother, me and my friends are Belarusian methods. You will pay for this,” Filiks assured.
“You made my life a horror that no one could survive. Day by day. Without a break, you massacred us with systemic intimidation and blackmail. And the public does not know about it, because I protected the girls from you for 10 months by remaining silent. This is the end,” she concluded.
