Permanent relocation of German troops to Poland? Krystyna Pawłowicz: Coming soon
The former German ambassador to Poland writes about the permanent transfer of German troops to Poland. Krystyna Pawłowicz accuses “Hitler’s dreams”.
Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung published a column by the former German ambassador to Poland. Arndt Freytag von Loringhoven mentioned the positive aspects of the change of power in Poland. Among them, he noted stopping the dismantling of democracy, enabling Poland to “be proactive in the EU” and returning to a constructive partnership with Germany.
“Now a new opportunity for partnership and leadership on the principles of equality is opening up for Germany and Poland,” writes the former German ambassador to Poland. In his opinion, “Germany and Poland have a common interest in not allowing Putin to take over by declaring peace as an unconditional condition for joining the alliance.”“ – he pointed out.

Arndt Freytag von Loringhoven says Berlin and Warsaw should jointly explore whether, if Kiev so desires, partial NATO membership could be a transitional option, as was the case with both parts of Germany before 1989. “With the upcoming strengthening of NATO’s eastern flank, it is in the interest of both sides to integrate the armed forces more closely and, in the long term, also to permanently relocate troops to Poland,” writes the former ambassador.
Krystyna Pawłowicz, famous for her controversial statements, reacted to von Loringhoven’s words. “Soon, thanks to the new EU treaty, Germany will again, PERMANENTLY, occupy the territories of… Western Poland?“ – asks the judge of the Constitutional Tribunal.
Krystyna Pawłowicz on the words of the former German ambassador: Hitler’s dreams
“Years later, Hitler’s dreams will come true without the use of force, WITHOUT RESISTANCE by Poles. The majority of voters in the Republic of Poland recently, with joy and with the words “eat” and “hate”, gave their consent…“ – writes Krystyna Pawłowicz.
Dominika Wielowieyska, a journalist from Gazeta Wyborcza, also commented on the matter. “The PiS media is very excited about this quote. Meanwhile, in Rzepa in January this year we could read that the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, issued a decision on the stationing of German troops in Poland. This document is classified, we do not know how many soldiers will come to Poland“ – she wrote.
