The place in question is the village of Lipnica Murowana located in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. Every day we will see charming green areas and wooden huts there. The location is very quiet, but once a year it becomes particularly loud. It's all because of Easter palms, which have special meaning for the inhabitants of this region.

Lipnica is characterized by record-breaking palm trees that reach several meters high. They are colorful, original, and everything, among others: because a special competition has been held there for six decades. Residents try to make the best twig possible and devote a lot of time to it. They not only want to win, but above all, have fun.

Apart from Lipnica, the town of Nowy Wiśnicz, located near the village, is also of particular importance. When visiting the area, it is definitely worth visiting. The main attraction is the castle and the church of St. Leonard. If you want to relax, it is also worth following the picturesque trails of the Lipnica-Wiśnicki Landscape Park and finally sitting in the atmospheric market square.
