Bad news for drivers. Higher prices at stations

Fuel prices will increase for Christmas, but that's not the end of the bad news. It seems that drivers must prepare for further increases.

Unfortunately, there is bad news for drivers, especially after Easter. Analysts from e-petrol.pl predict a further increase in fuel prices, which may have a painful impact on our wallets. The main reasons for this trend are the high price of crude oil and the weakening of the Polish zloty against the US dollar.

Fuel will be more expensive

Although this year's Easter trips may be burdensome for household budgets, the worst may be yet to come. After the holidays, refueling may become even more expensive.

Current calculations by e-petrol.pl specialists show that the price of Pb95 gasoline may increase on average by 8 groszy, reaching PLN 6.51 per liter – which is the highest value since November last year. However, the prices of diesel oil and autogas remain stable – PLN 6.69 per liter and PLN 2.89 per liter, respectively.

Analysts warn that this upward trend may continue in early April. Estimates indicate a further increase in fuel prices, with 95 petrol in the range of PLN 6.50-6.61 per liter, for diesel PLN 6.65-6.77 per liter, and for autogas PLN 2.84-2.90 per liter. .

Where do the increases in fuel prices come from?

The latest increases are the result of two unfavorable factors: the rising price of crude oil and the weakening of the Polish zloty against the US dollar, which is used to settle oil payments.

Despite the price increase, analysts note that refueling costs before Easter are lower than a year earlier. However, the price differences are not significant – petrol is 21 cents cheaper and diesel is only 5 cents cheaper.
