A candidate for the Sejm from the lists of the Civic Coalition in Dębica experienced a verbal attack while collecting signatures. Marta Kabara-Dziadosz also received a video with threats. – We’ll get this rag off you! – the men opposed to her candidacy were to shout.

The incident took place during the collection of signatures on one of the streets in the Dębica district. Candidate from the list Civic Coalition along with the group accompanying her, she was insulted by men passing by. Marta Kabara-Dziadosz told Gazeta Wyborcza about the details of the incident.

– We heard that we are “idiots”, “fucks who should be standing by the pots.” They alternately called us “Russians” and “Germans” – she reported candidate from Dębica. The woman stated that the vulgar men were supporters Law and Justice. She was to repeatedly point out to them and ask about the cause of the attack.

“We also took a step back many times and did not react. It is difficult to consider the word “German” as an insult. But according to the government’s current narrative, KO is used pejoratively, said Kabara-Dziadosz. The KO candidate is a social activist and women’s rights activist. She admitted that she experienced similar situations during strikes.

In an interview with “Gazeta Wyborcza” she also talked about the threats she received in a message on Messenger. On Sunday, a recording was uploaded to her private Facebook profile in which two men mocked her names and threatened to “take that slut off her.” – It was about a Civic Coalition T-shirt (…) In my opinion, it is an act of aggression. Lawyers are already dealing with these threats, the activist assured.

Marta Kabara-Dziadosz informed that intimidation, harassment and acts of aggression will not discourage her from implementing her election plan. She also announced that she would report any such incident to the police. – I will continue to run from the Civic Coalition and I will not be intimidated – summed up the candidate for Sejm.
