The topic of the wind farm bill returned last week, when MPs from the Civic Coalition and Poland 2050 submitted a draft bill on support for energy consumers. The “throw in” regarding wind farms aroused a wave of criticism. It assumes that their distance from houses would be reduced to 300 meters, and according to the interpretation of opponents of the act, it would be possible to expropriate private land for the construction of windmills. Over the next 4 or 5 days we will observe various miracles and various events – assured the Marshal of the Sejm.
The leader of Poland 2050 said that if the prosecutor’s office wants to check something, let them check it. – He really won’t find anything. However, I understand that the news that must go out today, that the prosecutor’s office is dealing with it and the prosecutor himself has set the course of the case, therefore there must definitely be something to it, because it is known that the prosecutor’s office does not deal with trivial cases and after it does not reach, as I understand it, it is an element of the communication and political game that will now be played on this matter – he argued.
– Let the prosecutor’s office do its job in this case. I understand that the applicant’s politicians will address this in their own way. I’m very curious about her findings. To be completely honest, I hope that they will come quickly, because if someone submitted such an application or the prosecutor’s office did it ex officio, I think we all have the right to find out as quickly as possible what actually happened with this act – said Szymon Hołownia.
