The Supervisory Board of mBank appointed Cezary Kocik as President of the Management Board. He will replace Cezary Stypułkowski, whose term is ending soon.
The condition for Cezary Kocik to take over the presidency of mBank is the consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

mBank announced the appointment of Cezary Kocik as president in a press release. Cezary Kocik has been associated with this bank since 2004: he worked in the areas of corporate, investment and retail banking, as well as in the risk area. From 2012, he served as vice-president of the management board for retail banking at mBank.
This is not the end of the changes. The bank's management board recommended Krzysztof Bratos to the supervisory board as a candidate for the position of vice-president of the management board for retail banking at mBank.
The president of ElectroMobility Poland was dismissed
A loud reshuffle took place on Wednesday at Electromobility Poland (EMP), the company responsible for the Polish electric car Izera, money.pl learned. This decision was to be made by the supervisory board, and the main reason for it was Piotr Regulski's insufficient experience in the automotive field. He was president for a short time, only three weeks.
According to information from PAP Biznes, his dismissal was expected by the new Minister of State Assets, Jakub Jaworowski.
“Minister Jaworowski, after analyzing the competences of the president, decided that he did not meet the substantive criteria required for this position and for the implementation of the electric car construction project,” said a market source.
According to unofficial information, there are currently no new candidates for the position of president.
