The $185 million luxury palace is up for sale. Jan Kulczyk was to live there
Luxurious property located near the ski lifts in St. Moritz has been sold. According to the Onet.pl portal, her heirs are Sebastian and Dominika Kulczyk.
Villa “The Lonsdaleite” is located on the Suvretta hill near the ski lifts of St. Moritz in the Swiss Alps. The interior of the property was shown on “Secret Lives of the Super Rich” (“The Secret Life of the Richest”) on CNBC. The host of the program revealed that the house was put up for sale for a price of USD 185 million, i.e. over PLN 660 million. The property was valued at this amount by real estate agent Senada Adzem. Full information about the sale has not yet been provided on the broker’s official website.
However, it was revealed on CNBC’s “Secret Lives of the Super Rich” that the house has huge windows that offer panoramic views of the Alps. One of the rooms has a stylish library. In addition, one of the walls in the dining room was covered with 24 carat gold. On the other hand, there is cashmere on the walls in the bedroom, and the bathrooms are made of extremely rare marble. In total, the palace has as many as seven floors. On one of them there is a huge SPA, a wine cellar and a small cinema room.
According to the portal Onet.pl, Jan Kulczyk was to live in the palace. According to the portal’s findings, the current heirs of the house are Dominika and Sebastian Kulczyk, the children of the deceased businessman. Kulczyk was to buy the mansion for 160 million dollars. About Kulczyk’s investment in St. Moritz wrote a Swiss daily in 2014 Neue Buecher Zeitung.
