New rates
According to the latest announcement of the Ministry of Finance, the real estate tax will amount to a maximum of PLN 1.15 per 1 m2 of usable area (currently PLN 1.00). The maximum rate for a garage space will increase from PLN 9.71 to PLN 11.17 per m2.
In the case of buildings where business activity is conducted, the maximum rate will increase to PLN 33.10. Buildings in which economic activity involves the provision of health services will increase by PLN 6.76 per 1 m2 of usable floor space (currently PLN 5.87).
