PHN wants to buy two buildings of the Wilanów Office Park complex from Polnord
Polski Holding Nieruchomości signed a letter of intent with Polnord regarding the purchase of two buildings of the Wilanów Office Park complex.
Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) signed a letter of intent with Polnord and its subsidiaries, Wilanów Office Park – Building B1, Wilanów Office Park – Building B3 (as sellers), regarding the purchase by PHN of the Betheone and Befree office buildings as part of the “Wilanów Office” project Park” in Warsaw, with a leasable area of over 17.5 thousand m2. m, the company announced.
– The parties decided to conclude a letter of intent to confirm their intentions regarding defining the initial terms of the transaction. – we read in the announcement.
Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) is one of the largest entities in the commercial real estate sector in Poland in terms of portfolio value.
