The Prime Minister met with farmers

– We do not kiss bread and then throw it into the trash bin when the cameras are already turned off – began the head of government. He assured that Law and Justice respects both Polish bread, the farmer and the countryside. He is to show his attitude by fulfilling his promises. Morawiecki argued that thanks to equalizing the level of subsidies for Polish agricultural workers, over 95% of them earn more than the average in Western Europe.

The Prime Minister also raised the issue of the Polish embargo on grain from Ukraine. – Even if we are under pressure from the East and West, we do not give in, he said, emphasizing that Russia should pay for the consequences of the grain crisis. – We show our agency, our actions, our effectiveness – he assessed the government’s decision.

In turn, he was critical of the activities of the Civic Platform. – You, betrayed so many times by liberals from the Civic Platform, know perfectly well what the difference is between us and them – he said to the meeting participants. He emphasized that Donald Tusk and Michał Kołodziejczak in Brussels were “anti-effective” and “did not get anything done.” – It’s a shame to see what they are doing there. They have no dignity. They do not have the pride of a Polish farmer, a Polish patriot, concluded Morawiecki.

The Prime Minister assured that the government appreciates the actions of farmers and intends to further support them. – We want the standard of living and the quality of life to be higher and higher – he said in Narol. He mentioned his concern for all aspects of social life and apologized for mistakes, mistakes and sins. – But look how we defended the interests of the Polish countryside against Brussels, against Kiev, against Berlin, against Tusk, who wanted to plow into Polish agriculture – he emphasized. Mateusz Morawiecki declared that PiS will continue to invest in the Polish countryside.
