Armie Hammer is selling his house. This is how the actor known from the movie “Those Days, Those Nights” lived
Armie Hammer, an actor known for films such as “Those Days, Those Nights”, “UNCLE” and “The Social Network”, has put his house in Hancock Park in Los Angeles, California, up for sale. The 34-year-old wants to receive $5.8 million for the estate.
The actor bought the house less than two years ago for $4.7 million, and now he has decided to sell it. This is not a surprise, because in July he and his longtime wife, Elizabeth Chambers, announced their separation, so they will most likely not live together anytime soon.
The house in Hancock Park was built in the 1920s and has many original architectural details from that time. The mansion is three stories high and has a classic Tudor exterior with red brick, hand-hewn beams, leaded windows and a pitched, steep roof. Inside, however, Hammer introduced a modern style – neutral shades and freshly polished wooden floors in light colors.
After entering the house, the staircase and hall with high ceilings make a huge impression. Then we go to the living room with wonderful original wooden beams and a modern fireplace. The next room is the formal dining room and contemporary kitchen. There is also a library, breakfast room and servants’ room on the ground floor. In total, the house has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.
