Kale juice – a way to health and youth

By drinking kale juice (but also by making a smoothie from it) we can significantly improve the condition of our body. This daily ritual will also affect our biological age, allowing us to stay young. Kale is rich in vitamins, but also minerals and antioxidants. It is rich, among other things, in vitamin C (which is also a strong antioxidant) and affects the production of collagen. Additionally, it is very important to maintain immunity. Kale contains about 120 mg of ascorbic acid per 100 g (for comparison, oranges contain about 53 mg). In turn, the content of vitamin A provides anti-inflammatory effects, and vitamin K is important in the prevention of clotting. Kale is also rich in vitamin E, which is called the vitamin of youth – it has a strong antioxidant effect and also affects the condition of the skin and fertility.

Kale also contains folates, which reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. It is also rich in potassium, essential for the proper functioning of the heart, muscles and nervous system. Also check if kale juice lowers blood sugar levels.

How to prepare kale juice?

Kale juice can be prepared in several different ways. It is a refreshing vitamin bomb that you can enrich with your favorite fruits and vegetables. We suggest combining it with apples, fresh cucumber, lemon, but also a few drops of linseed oil. Also remember that a slow juicer is best for preparing it (it will be better than a standard juicer)
