Palazzo Murano – a building without history will turn into a palace
An impressive renovation project will be implemented in Warsaw’s Muranów district. Building at ul. Zamenhofa 5 will completely change its appearance. After renovation, the building will become the Workz office.
Workz, the owner of brands such as InterviewMe and Zety, will move to Warsaw’s Muranów district. An unusual concept will be created at 5 Zamenhofa Street, opposite the most characteristic building of the estate, and close to the POLIN Museum of Polish Jews. The Palazzo Murano building, which currently has no historical value, will be styled to resemble a combination of historical Polish palaces and Italian counterparts from the quattrocento and cinquecento periods, i.e. the Italian Renaissance.
The Landeskrone Group is responsible for the design and implementation of the revitalization. The total office space in the building is 2,200 sq m of fully equipped, modern, exclusive rooms. Workz, which will be the first tenant, plans to move into the new office in the first quarter of 2019. It will rent two floors with a total area of 880 sq m.
A characteristic element of the building are its very high sides. The height of the offices after renovation will be up to 4.5 meters. They will be created in the concept of open space and smaller offices, separated from the public space.
