The Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate recommends not to exceed the upper limit of this limit. Contrary to what it might seem, the human body functions better at slightly lower temperatures. Of course, you should not exaggerate to the “other side”. It is also worth noting that maintaining lower temperatures in rooms allows you to reduce the burden on your home budget and save on electricity bills.
