LC Corp boasts about 2018

LC Corp will exceed the threshold of PLN 200,000. sq m of commercial space put into use in the third quarter of 2019, according to the statement of the director of the Commercialization Department of LC Corp, Piotr Pirogowicz. LC Corp signed 32 lease agreements for 32.9 thousand square meters. sq m of office space in 2018, which is a new record for the company.

– 2018 was an exceptionally successful year for the office investment department. Our successes include not only renting record-breaking spaces, but also the speed of commercialization. In Wrocław, we commissioned the Retro Office House office building, which has been 100% commercialized. within just 6 months of receiving the occupancy permit. Silesia Star, one of the largest office complexes in Katowice, boasts an almost complete tenant portfolio. Companies appreciate the attractive investment location we offer, modern solutions used in buildings, original investment designs, but also a flexible and individual approach to each tenant. Most of the offices we rent are designed and finished in accordance with the requirements and instructions of tenants. – said Tomasz Wróbel, member of the management board of LC Corp, quoted in the release.

For the third quarter of this year, the company announced the commissioning of another investment in Warsaw – the Wola Retro complex. It is a combination of a modernized pre-war building, which has been adapted to current office standards, with a modern 14-story class A office building.

Over 200 thousand square meters

– After the commissioning of our latest investment, the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw, we will exceed the barrier of 150,000. sq m of constructed office space. When we add the retail space located in Sky Tower and Arkady Wrocławskie, in the third quarter of 2019 we will exceed the threshold of 200,000. sq m of commercial space put into use. – said the director of the Commercialization Department of LC Corp.

LC Corp SA currently owns 6 office investments, located in 3 Polish cities. The company’s portfolio includes Sky Tower, Retro Office House and Arkady Wrocławskie located in Wrocław, the Silesia Star office building in Katowice, as well as Wola Center and Wola Retro facilities in Warsaw. The latter is currently under construction.
