The Land of Seven Thousand Islands: Manila and Palawan

The vibrant capital of the Philippines – Manila – is a metropolis that is a mixture of Filipino, Spanish and American cultures. It is full of modern attractions and rich history presented in numerous museums. The city welcomes visitors with a mix of colors, smells and landscapes, and also shows the real life of Filipinos – completely different from that in paradise resorts, which, however, is also definitely a must-see. They can be found on the island of Palawan, which has already been voted the most beautiful island in the world four times. This place is the quintessence of paradise on earth – it delights with its untouched corners, white sand beaches and a rich underwater world – you can observe magical corals here, and here and there you can meet giant turtles.

Oman – an oasis of peace in the Middle East

Oman’s climate is typical of the Arabian Peninsula – there are very hot summers and pleasantly mild winters. For this reason, the period from November to April guarantees the most optimal temperature in the area. The Gulf of Oman is famous for its attractions created by nature. When in Oman, you cannot miss the amazing wadi. These are desert valleys, very often having natural water reservoirs. Bimmah Sinkhole, near Muscat, is one of the most popular such attractions. Incredibly beautiful, it is known for its turquoise waters as well as the rock formations surrounding it. Definitely worth seeing, especially for lovers of mountain trips, is the Grand Canyon of Oman, i.e. Wadi Ghul, with the highest peak, Jebel Shams. Its depth reaches up to a kilometer. The brave can walk along the edge of the mountain on the so-called Balcony Walk, from which you can see a huge abyss and fascinating views of the wadi.

You cannot miss the capital of Oman – Muscat. On the one hand, tourists can enjoy the charming beaches of Al Qurum and Al Bustan, and on the other, cultural gems such as the Royal Opera House and the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. It is the most famous temple in the country, consisting of a huge golden dome, minarets, arches, engraved walls, decorated interior and unique lamps, as well as a central crystal chandelier.

Pacific Coast Highway – California’s most beautiful route

California has some of the best weather in all of North America, with an average annual temperature of 22 degrees Celsius. Therefore, it is a good idea for an autumn trip for those who are not fans of heat, but still love the sun’s rays – the Californian ones “taste” exceptionally.

The Pacific Coast Highway is the quintessential California road trip. It is considered not only one of the most scenic trails in America, but also one of the most beautiful roads in the entire world.

– The Pacific Coast Highway begins in Washington state, but the most spectacular stretch is the over 900 km long stretch that connects California’s financial center – San Francisco – and laid-back, sunny San Diego. You can cover the route in one or two days, but it’s like going to Rome and not seeing the Colosseum… The route leads through charming towns right on the beach – Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Luis Obispo, natural gems near Big Sur, forests full of monumental redwoods or the iconic beaches of Santa Monica and Venice Beach in Los Angeles – says Joanna Cedrych, product and customer service specialist at Getaway, a platform that serves as an intelligent and complete tailor-made travel creator.

Art lovers should definitely stop in Carmel-by-the-Sea – a small, idyllic town, filled to the brim with art galleries and cafes, whose idyllic atmosphere has attracted many artists for years. Fauna lovers will certainly like Piedras Blancas Rookery – a part favored by several hundred elephant seals that lounge there all year round.

Seychelles – paradise on Earth

Seychelles is a paradise for lovers of relaxation. The most favorable weather conditions here are from September to the end of November (and from March to May), so it is worth starting to plan your autumn trip now. The archipelago is famous for the most beautiful beaches in the world with turquoise-blue water of the Indian Ocean, fine sand and granite cliffs – Petite Anse and Anse Intendance beaches are particularly recommended.

The largest island of the Seychelles is Mahé – there you can admire sea turtles and the underwater world full of colorful life, which in combination with lush forests, huge rocks and green hills gives a paradise landscape ideal for relaxation.

Punta Cana – the heart of the Caribbean

Punta Cana is located in the eastern part of the Dominican Republic on the Coconut Coast. It delights with wild nature, an amazing coral reef and an endless beach, surrounded by the azure waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, as well as palm groves. No wonder it attracts so many tourists.

By visiting Punta Cana, you can immerse yourself in the culture of the Dominican Republic and learn about the unique history of this area. One of the recommended attractions is a trip through the countryside, during which you can visit an old sugar cane plantation, taste local products and learn the secrets of producing cocoa, tobacco and coffee.
