Marcin Przydacz criticizes the government’s takeover of power in the public media
Przydacz assessed that “Minister Sienkiewicz’s actions regarding liquidation are apparent and are used only to seize power there at random.” – If the new parliamentary majority wants to change the situation in the public media, and this requires some change, it should be done through legal changes by convincing the National Media Council, challenging these regulations in the Constitutional Tribunal or by amending the law – explained the PiS MP.
Przydacz was also asked when Law and Justice politicians would leave the TVP building at Pl. Insurgents. He explained that “deputies’ interventions are taking place in the buildings of Telewizja Polska because the law is being broken there.” – It is clear that the withdrawal from Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz’s scenario A is a confirmation that the criticism was justified, that this action was fully illegal and still is, only under a different paragraph – argued the PiS MP.

Przydacz emphasized that the decision of Law and Justice politicians regarding the end of parliamentary audits will not be influenced by the possible registration of liquidators of public media companies by the registry court in the National Council of the Judiciary. He added that according to his information, judges go on vacation or sick leave because they do not want to make such decisions.

The PiS MP clarified that the legal authorities are those entered in the National Council of the Judiciary and appointed by the decision of the Council of Ministers.
