Adam Niedzielski’s resignation is the aftermath of a tweetin which sensitive information about one of the doctors was disclosed. He publicly said that the new e-prescription system blocks the possibility of prescribing psychotropic and painkillers. Niedzielski revealed that the doctor had prescribed the drugs and the system did not interfere with him.
A brawl broke out in the medical community because health information is sensitive data and was made public on Twitter.
Panic broke out in the government because for several years one of the government’s flagship programs has been the digitization of administrative services.
– For several years, citizens have consented to the use of their data for various mObywatel applications. Now a digital electoral register is being created. Such disclosure of data may discourage Poles from using these applications and consenting to the processing of their data – said our interlocutor from the government.
