Comedy at the General Directorate of the State Forests. They kept photos of MPs under their desks
MP Magdalena Filiks posted a photo from under the desk at the General Directorate of State Forests on the X platform (Twitter). Although it’s hard to believe, the officials had photos and instructions taped there.
In Magdalena Filiks’ Twitter (X) we can see one of the absurdities of the previous government. “Please see what was glued under the desk at the General Directorate of State Forests – at the entrance,” wrote an MP from the Civic Coalition, showing the photo.
“Actually, I could be proud – but it is a tragic image of the past government. Gentlemen from the management – how many times have I told you that I know all your villainy / I even know what’s under the table,” Filiks continued in her entry from Friday, December 15. After all, it is not often that politicians are so bothered by their activities that they warn the entire office about them.
Photos of MPs under the official’s desk
In the photo we can see small photos of two MPs taped to the desk, scribbled with a pen. A handwritten description was attached to it: ‘Under no circumstances should MEPs, Ms. Magdalena Filiks and Ms. Katarzyna Osos, be admitted. When they come, report it to Mrs. Sara or call Chief Ciechowicz. Important. The gates are to be closed, Mr. Boruc’s order,” we read.
There is a piece of paper taped underneath with phone numbers, and in the corner of the desk there is something written in pencil in what looks like a computer password. “In case anyone didn’t know, after my inspections, they installed gates at the entrance,” the MP added.
During the last term of the Sejm, MPs Filiks and Osos carefully monitored the activities of the State Forests and monitored any irregularities in this sector. They also submitted an application to the Supreme Audit Office to check the actions of State Forests officials.
PSL is also concerned about the operation of the State Forests
On October 18, PSL MP Urszula Pasławska sent letters to forest districts throughout Poland. The letters included an appeal to foresters not to conclude agreements that may lead to unjustified depletion of the assets of the State Forests.
Pasławska explained that she has received signals that in recent weeks – i.e. just before and after the elections – contracts have been concluded or extended, the beneficiaries of which are entities supporting Sovereign Poland.
In other words, it is about the accusation of removing assets before the expected change of power in our country. The PSL MP also asked for any potential irregularities to be reported to her. She assured that each report would be verified.
