On Monday, November 27, in the morning, the American command announced that it had been recaptured by the crew of the guided-missile destroyer USS “Mason”. The Arleigh Burke-class vessel detained five pirates who were trying to escape by boat from the Central Park.
During the entire operation, a surface-to-water missile was fired from Yemen under Houthi control, intended to hit an American ship. Ultimately, however, it exploded 18 kilometers from the target.
Yemen on the Palestinian side
In a televised statement, General Yahya Saree, spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, confirmed that the Yemeni army attacked the positions of the “Zionist Israeli regime.” – We fired a large number of ballistic and cruise missiles and a large number of drones at various targets of the Zionist enemy, he said. “The position of the Yemeni people towards the Palestinian cause is unwavering and principled, and the Palestinian people have the full right to defend themselves and enjoy their full rights,” he stressed.

He added that Yemeni forces will support their “oppressed brothers in Palestine.” However, in a statement by Houthi troops, which was broadcast on Al Masirah TV, which is supervised by the militant group, it was announced that “the Yemeni Armed Forces will carry out attacks using missiles and drones until Israeli aggression ceases.”
