We know what's behind the scenes from the Polish national team's locker room. Strong words were spoken

The echoes of the exciting victory of Polish players in the EURO 2024 play-offs continue to be heard. It was not calm in the Polish locker room. Wojciech Szczęsny strongly motivated his colleagues.

Polish players fought until the last moment to advance to EURO 2024. After poor results in the European Championship qualifiers, Michał Probierz's players needed a good play in the play-offs to gain a ticket to the German tournament. By defeating Estonia in the semi-final and Wales in the final, the White and Reds were the last European team to win a place in the championship. However, there was no shortage of great emotions in the last meeting.

The leaders of Touchstone's staff strongly motivated their colleagues

The Poles couldn't find a way to the Welsh goal. Despite 120 minutes, they did not take a single dangerous shot on target, which may be an issue for Michał Probierz to improve. The breakthrough was the penalty shootout, in which no one missed. The fate of the promotion was decided by a wonderful intervention by Wojciech Szczęsny.

In the behind-the-scenes of the match published by the “Łączy nas ball” channel, we can see both the victory celebrations and scenes in the locker room. You can see in them how Michał Probierz, Robert Lewandowski and Wojciech Szczęsny motivate the entire squad. The latter did not bite his tongue when speaking to his colleagues. Before the match, he said that although his teammates were cool guys, “nice guys won't win this match.”

– I wanted to share one thought with you. You're all cool guys and I like you all. But today the cool guys won't win this match. Today we will either be motherfuckers who are convinced that they will win this match and will do everything to win this match, or we will get f****d. So the cool guys stayed at the hotel today. People are supposed to go onto the pitch convinced that what we are doing on the pitch today will win us, said Szczęsny.
