The MojeIKP application will help you take care of your health
The MojeIKP application provides access to many necessary information. Thanks to it, we have constant access to the most important e-documents and health information, the ability to buy medicines at pharmacies without providing the PESEL number, as well as an extensive preventive panel. The Ministry of Health application is completely free.
–We strive to ensure that the MojeIKP application makes it as easy as possible for patients to function in the health care system and engages them in taking care of their health matters. We are working intensively on new solutions that will achieve this goal and we are systematically developing our application with them. We try to ensure that subsequent functions available in the MojeIKP application are adequate to the needs of its users – emphasizes Paweł Kikosicki, director of the e-Health Center.
Safety is a priority
The security of sensitive medical data is a priority of the e-Health Center. Therefore, two years after the first installation, it is necessary to update the security certificate. Some users have already experienced this. The rest will receive a notification about the need to update the certificate at the appropriate time when logging in to the application. Updating the certificate will reactivate the secure connection and authenticate the user’s identity. The role of this type of certificates is to maintain a fully secure and encrypted connection of the installed mojaIKP application with the e-Zdrowie system.
Prevention in the MojeIKP application
Appropriate hydration, appropriate physical activity and a balanced diet are the pillars of health prevention. By making small changes in your everyday life, you can prevent many diseases, especially lifestyle diseases. Patients are increasingly looking for solutions that will help them. That is why new preventive functions are systematically added to the MojeIKP application. Thanks to the water drinking counter in MojeIKP, users can ensure the appropriate level of hydration. The application helps you calculate your daily water requirement and shows the percentage of your daily goal achieved. The amount of water consumed is also visible on the daily and weekly chart. The application can also send reminders to drink another drink. But it is not everything. In MojeIKP you can check the daily number of steps taken, use the “8 weeks to health” preventive and training plans and take care of a proper diet thanks to the National Health Fund’s nutrition plans. Through the MojeIKP application, you can also use the Profilaktyka 40 PLUS program.
POZ at your fingertips
Do you urgently need to contact your doctor or clinic? Log in to the MojeIKP application – in the “Primary health care” tab you will find the contact details of your primary care clinic, as well as the details of your doctor, nurse or midwife. Such information is also available in the application on your child’s account and on the accounts of other close relatives to which you have permissions.
You can order an e-prescription for medications you take on a regular basis on MojeIKP, provided that the facility supports such notifications. You can also evaluate the doctor, the clinic and the quality of medical services through a medical services quality survey. Using the scanner, you can check the expiration date of medicines in your medicine cabinet. Just scan the 2D code on the drug packaging (a square code that resembles a QR) and the application will display a message about the approaching expiry date or information that the drug is expired. Thanks to the application, you also have constant access to the current list of free medicines for children under 18 years of age and people over 65 years of age. Medicines can be searched in 3 ways, by: age group of people for whom they are intended, drug group or drug name (alphabetically).
MojeIKP is simple, convenient and safe access to the most important functions of the Online Patient Account. You can collect your e-prescriptions and e-referrals there (also directly from the received PUSH notification), buy medicines without providing your PESEL number and set a reminder to take them, and even check the dosage of the prescribed medicine and its leaflet. You will not miss a scheduled visit to a specialist – you can check when and where the next visit will take place based on the registered e-referral. The application also gives you constant access to, for example, your child’s medical records and those who authorize you to do so. MojeIKP also provides help in life-threatening situations – the first aid panel is available without logging in.
The MojeIKP application can be downloaded for Android from Google Play or iOS from the App Store. The application also works offline, and in addition to Polish, it is available in Ukrainian or English.
