An attractive property located in Los Angeles has recently hit the real estate market. American media reported that the house belongs to sisters Dakota and Elle Fanning, actresses of the young generation. Although the estate is not the largest, it has many luxurious elements.
The house located in Valley Village in Los Angeles is promoted by the real estate agency Leland Properties. The company’s representatives said that the property, valued at almost $2.7 million, has six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a total area of over 420 m2. The most interesting fact is that – according to People magazine – the property was bought three years ago by sisters Dakota and Elle Faninng, who, despite their young age (they are 26 and 22 years old respectively), are successfully developing their acting careers.
The residence has two floors and the designers used traditional architectural details. There was a place there, among others: for a marble fireplace, veranda or open dining room. Light colors predominate, and the kitchen was designed in a completely white color, where potential buyers will find high-quality equipment. Outside, there is a swimming pool with a private spa and a terrace with a built-in barbecue. The plot is surrounded by a lush hedge, so the new owner will have privacy.
