It was this endocrinologist who came up with the recipe for “green coffee”, after drinking which – according to the doctor – the body experiences a positive “shock”. This drink is known as “Virgil’s Coffee” on social media., from the doctor’s surname. The secret of this cocktail is parsley. This vegetable contains a lot of vitamin C (as much as 89 mg in one bunch), as well as vitamins B6, E, K and A, and minerals such as iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and zinc. Thanks to this, the green cocktail has a stimulating and nourishing effect. But it is not everything. Parsley contains a lot of fiber, so “coffee” with parsley is recommended for people who are trying to lose weight – it greatly improves metabolism. And due to the presence of lemon, the cocktail has cleansing properties and helps get rid of toxins from the body.
