Biedronka voucher scam. Check if you received such a message
According to the Wirtualna Polska website, a new scam has appeared on the Internet. You can lose money with a supposed shopping voucher for Biedronka.
“Congratulations! Your email address has been selected. You have a chance to win a gift card worth PLN 1,000 to be used in Biedronka stores. Click HERE to increase your chances. Best regards and good luck! Team from Wygraj Bon” – an e-mail with this content was received by one of the readers. As it turns out, this is not a unique offer, but only an attempt to extort sensitive data.
After the user clicks on the inscription play for a voucher, he or she will be redirected to the website win-bon.pl and a special form will appear on the smartphone or computer screen in which he or she must enter his or her personal data. The time allotted for filling in the fields is only 30 seconds. There is a special clock at the top of the screen that measures time. After completing the first form, another one will appear in which the author of the page asks for the PESEL number or ID card number, thanks to which the user will have a chance to win a supposed voucher for the Biedronka store.
At the moment, it is not known how many people received similar messages and how many users were fooled by them.
