The 3rd Business Security Congress is ahead of us.  The guests include scientists, ministers and military officials

The third edition of the Business Security Congress will be held on March 25-26. Guests include: prof. Andrzej Dragan, Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski, editor Bartosz Węglarczyk, General Bogusław Pacek and Janusz Piechociński. “Wprost” took the event under its media patronage.

– The dynamic development of industry 4.0, new technologies, artificial intelligence, 5/6G networks and the Internet of Things creates new and unknown threats, challenges for the economy, domestic and foreign markets, new competitiveness relations, and even fights and fierce rivalries between foreign and domestic capital . – write the event organizers. The Association for the Support of National Security and the National Association for the Protection of Classified Information have been supporting Polish entrepreneurs in the use of innovative business security solutions for years.

Cyber ​​threats, economic espionage, network security

The aim of the 3rd Business Security Congress is to discuss the most important threats in the area of ​​ensuring physical, organizational, technological, personal and legal security in order to support entrepreneurs in effectively securing their business. We will pay particular attention to cyber threats, economic espionage, computer network security, burglaries, attacks, extortion and information leaks. We will present the benefits of implementing a well-thought-out company security policy and solutions that help increase the profitability of enterprises that guarantee the security and confidentiality of transmitted information as well as credibility and solidity of partnerships.

Pacek, Piechociński, Mazur or Dragan

The event will start on Monday, March 25, at 12:00. The Congress will be opened by Tadeusz Koczkowski, president of the board of the National Security Support Association. He will be followed by Maj. Gen. prof. Bogusław Pacek, who will talk about the challenges, opportunities and threats to Poland's security in the 21st century. The next guest will be Janusz Piechociński, former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, who will talk about global trade wars and whether the Polish economy and entrepreneurship are safe. On Monday, speeches will be given by, among others, Piotr Soroczyński, former Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Finance, prof. Stanisław Mazur, rector of the University of Economics in Krakow, prof. Wawrzyniec Konarski, rector of the Vistula University of Finance and Business, prof. Andrzej Dragan, physicist, popularizer of science and researcher at the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw.

On the same day, Szymon Krawiec, managing editor of Wprost, will also meet with the guests. She will talk about the recently published book titled “Hunting. How business is destroyed in Poland. In the late afternoon, speakers will include: Krzysztof Pietraszkiewicz, former president of the Polish Bank Association and Krzysztof Gawkowski, deputy prime minister and minister of digitization. Monday will end with a debate of experts on modern AI technologies in business – whether we are ready for their implementation and practical functioning.

Tuesday, March 26, will begin with a professorial debate. Scientists from various universities will try to answer the question whether and to what extent we are prepared or not for threats to the economic security of the country and business.

The discussion will be followed by another series of speeches, including: prof. Aleksander Nawrat, director of the Cybersecurity Center of the Silesian University of Technology, Dr. Tamara Rud, president of the Polish-Israeli Consortium for Poland's cybersecurity, Dr. Mirosław Oczkoś, a well-known specialist in self-presentation and image building, Bartosz Węglarczyk, journalist and editor-in-chief of the Onet.pl portal
