Although Elizabeth Taylor, an actress known for such roles as “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof”, “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” Whether Cleopatra died in March 2011 at the age of 79, her legacy lives on not only in the films she starred in but also in the estate she left behind. One of them is “Casa Elizabeth” in Palm Springs – the actress’ vacation home, which she owned for over a decade.
The property was recently renovated by a close friend of the actress Kathy Ireland and is now on sale for just under $5 million. Currently, the house is owned by Fred Bin, CEO of Zoom Casa.
Known affectionately as “Casa Elizabeth,” the home features four bedrooms and five bathrooms spread across a single-level living area that opens onto the pool, affording scenic views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Agent Mark San Agustin shared a unique video online showing the property.
From the entrance hall of the house you go to an open large room – a living area with a fireplace and a wooden wall, emphasizing this architectural element. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to the covered terrace where there is a barbecue, fridge and bar.
