Singer Jennifer Lopez and her baseball player partner Alex Rodriguez have purchased another home. This is a $40 million luxury property on Star Island in Miami Beach, Florida.
The estate was built in 2003 and the last buyer bought it in 2011 for $25 million. The land purchased by the couple includes a main house and a guest property – in total, the complex has 10 bedrooms, 10 full and 2 partial bathrooms.
A driveway framed by palm trees and bathed in emerald green light leads to the main entrance. Behind large glass and wooden doors there are rooms filled with antique, original furniture. Inside, there’s a decadent mix of stone and wood floors with contemporary wall colors and ceilings with doors huge enough to allow a giraffe to walk through.
The house includes a kitchen for a special chef, a marble bar, an air-conditioned wine cellar, staff quarters, an office, dressing rooms, an informal dining room and a private living room. The most beautiful part, which must also have significantly increased the value of the property, is the view of the Miami skyline and neighboring Palm Island.
