Enterprise Park has been fully leased. This is one of Krakow’s office complexes where you can see how popular the Małopolska region is.
In a report published today, the consulting company Savills indicated Kraków as the city that has the largest amount of office space in Poland, after Warsaw. The capital of Lesser Poland is a leader among regional cities and can already boast 1.22 million square meters of space.
– Krakow has recently attracted companies from the financial and technological sector and those that want to locate their research and development (R&D) centers there. – says Rafał Oprocha, director of the southern Poland region in the office space department of Savills, in a commentary on the report.
One of the office complexes in Krakow mentioned in the report is Enterprise Park. Its operator – Avestus Real Estate – announced today that the office building has just been fully leased. The largest tenant is Cisco, which rents a total of 19,000 sq m. sq m of office building. Interestingly, an IT company has been a tenant in Enterprise Park since 2013.

Enterprise Park consists of six modern A-class office buildings.
