Young Poles about smartphones. Pay attention to one thing

The new study at the request of the Infinix brand shows that younger generations of smartphone users in Poland have different priorities than older consumers.
Generation Z and younger millennials more often pay attention to the possibility of quick charging of the phone than its battery capacity. Every third user aged 18-34 admits that he regularly forgets to charge the phone, and as much as 43 percent. He declares that he is often in a situation where the battery is close to discharge.
The capacious battery goes to the background
Although smartphones are an integral part of young Poles’ lives, it is only 68 percent. Users aged 18-34 consider a capacious battery to be a key factor when choosing a phone. This is the lowest result of all age groups-for comparison, among people aged 35-49 this percentage is 77 percent, and in the group 50-65 as much as 80 percent. Despite this, just younger users most often complain of the battery discharge too fast.
Interestingly, almost 40 percent Powerbank always carries young Poles, and 36 percent He regularly looks for places to recharge the phone in public space.
What is crucial for young users?
Although younger generations are less likely to consider a capacious battery as a priority, as much as 83 percent. people aged 18-34 consider quick charging to be a key function in a smartphone. This is a clear signal that consumers prefer technologies that allow you to quickly charge the phone, instead of relying only on high battery capacity.
According to Ryszard T. Lindner, managing the Infinix brand in Poland, Hungary and in the Baltic countries:
“For years, we have been developing innovative energy management technologies to meet the expectations of users. Our original All-Rund FastCharge technology offers, among others, fast wired and wireless charging, bypassing and reverse charging and protection against surge.”
The study was conducted in July 2024 by the CAWI method on a representative group of 800 smartphones aged 18-65. The results clearly indicate the changing consumer priorities – fast charging is more important today than ever before.
