“Willa Tuska” will undergo renovation. Cost? Unknown
The government facility – the “Parkowa” residential complex – which is subordinated to the Service Center of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (located near Łazienkowski Park and Belweder) will undergo renovation. Details revealed.
The editorial office of “Rzeczpospolita” was the first to write about the renovation. As journalists found out, the beautiful villa, which will be at Donald Tusk’s disposal again from the end of 2023 (he had access to it earlier – when he was in charge of the work of ministers after the swearing in of the first and second governments), will undergo repair works. One of the elements requires it.
The Government Administration Service Center announced a tender.
“Willa Tuska” will undergo renovation
“Rz” revealed the details described in the tender documentation. They show that the fence is to be repaired.
It is necessary to “make a trench over a meter deep to protect the foundations of the wall – including with moisture insulation,” we read. Then, “after backfilling the foundations, remove the sandstone cladding from the wall, replace the bricks with reinforced concrete on top, repair any cracks, cover the wall with granite slabs, and finally install new razor wire,” COAR lists.
So far, the tender has not been included in the public procurement plan. It is not yet known how much the entire project will cost.
Tender for the renovation of “Andrzej Duda’s residence”
At the beginning of July, “Rz” reported on the renovation of the president’s residence on the Hel Peninsula. The tender was to concern the thermal modernization and reconstruction of the panorama roof (the idea was to dismantle and recreate the terrace, as well as place photovoltaic panels on it). In addition, the law firm indicated the need to equip the building with a heat pump.
The daily reported (based on the tender documentation – included in the public procurement plan) that the office planned to allocate PLN 791.7 thousand for the renovation of the previously mentioned elements. In addition to the above-mentioned amount, there was also another amount – PLN 4.6 million – but it is not known what it will be spent on. It was probably about renovating the piers at the quay or the pier.
