Will the new TVP authorities have a problem? Kurski notifies the prosecutor’s office

Jacek Kurski fit an extensive entry on social media on Saturday afternoon. The former President of TVP accuses him of the new public television authorities to make overpayed charges, as evidenced by the Wednesday’s Matrée Football League matches.
Kurski reminds TVP on the Champions League

“Such a purchase is absurd, because matches are also played on Tuesday – hence in the second choice Wednesday there is almost no chance to hit the hit. This is the case in almost every queue, “says the former president of TVP.
Kurski states that TVP, for example, instead of emitting the “Polish hit” Barca – Bayern, who would see 4 million viewers in his time, it emits RB Leipzig, which was followed by 0.3 million viewers. “That is, Syguty and Gorgosze serve to us scratches instead of hits,” we read.
TVP overflows six times for the Champions League?
In addition, according to Kurski’s calculations, the current authorities overpay six times. According to his entry, when he managed public television, this season of the Champions League with the match of the first choice queue paid EUR 15 million. This price also included the volleyball packages of the Polish national team of men and women and the Europa League. “A total of about 200 hit matches for 6 years,” says Kurski.
“Let’s compare our purchases with the purchases of Tusk people in Neotvp. If from 15 million euros for premium sport deduct the volleyball package worth at least EUR 5-6 million and the Europa League worth EUR 1.5-2 million, then for the match of the first selection of the UEFA Champions League we paid EUR 7.5 million in the season. And Gorgosz and Sygut paid 13.5 million euros for the second match of the second choice! ” – says Kurski.
And then. “On the market, the second choice match is 30 percent. first choice. So if they bought the first choice match they would pay EUR 45 million for the season, i.e. … 6 times more expensive than we do! So they overpay (six times) for the second choice match, “he calculates.
Kurski notifies the prosecutor’s office regarding the new TVP authorities
In Kurski’s opinion, the shocking is that “the losers who killed TVP sport overpaid for the hopeless content who make other fatal decisions destroying television, and who themselves for bringing it to the bottom,” inform the prosecutor’s office regarding sports contracts from his time.
We are talking about contracts concluded by “Electoral” by TVP during previous governments with Polsat, on which public television was to lose at least PLN 360 million.
“Such meanness and reversal of roles, although it is everyday life today, cannot be left with amphibian,” writes Kurski. “That’s why I inform the prosecutor’s office about the Crime Liquidator committing a crime involving the management of false notifications, i.e. fulfilling the features of an act under Art. 238 of the Penal Code ” – announces.
The article from which Kurski submits the notification: “Whoever notifies about the crime, or about the tax offense, the authority appointed to prosecute, knowing that the crime has not been committed, is subject to a fine, the penalty of restriction of liberty or imprisonment for up to 2 years.”
“The time is getting closer when the losers (alone with public accusations for financial scams) judging us, who took care of television and developed it, and the thieves shouting catch the thief will sit on the bench and will be settled for destroying Polish television – says Kurski.
