Wilfredo Leon plays with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. There has never been such auction!

And these are only a few fragments from the last two years of the career of one of the best volleyball players in the history of discipline.

However, the Luk Lublin host is not only a volleyball player. In his free time, one of the classes, which Leon mentioned openly, is fishing. On the occasion of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, it was decided to combine pleasant and useful. Thanks to the Auction for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, a happy winner or winner will have the opportunity to spend time with the famous volleyball player in the realities of typically fishing.

Anyway, according to tradition, almost the entire volleyball community related to female and male games in Poland joined the support of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. Among the traditional, but invariably tempting auction, one can be distinguished by the Polish runners -up. 33. Final of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. When and for what collection?

The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity plays for the 33rd time in history, supporting a very important goal every year. This time the leitmotif of the final will be the safety and health of children. The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity will play for oncology and pediatric hematology.

“Cancer is the second, right after accidents, the most common cause of children’s deaths in Poland. Annually, about 1,100 children fall on cancer, and 3000 remains during intensive treatment (…) The treatment of children’s cancers, however, requires huge hardware and diagnostic expenses. Thanks to the funds collected during the 33rd WOŚP finale, it will be possible to retrofit medical facilities, which will allow more effective and faster treatment of children fighting cancer. The Foundation also supports the treatment of non -oncological hematological diseases, which are one of the most common chronic diseases among children (…) we will play for 18 children’s departments, 17 hospices, 5 centers of oncological neurosurgery, 6 oncological surgery centers and 4 pathomorphology plants. Thanks to the collected funds, it will be possible to buy the latest diagnostic equipment that will help doctors in the fight against cancer and other severe hematological diseases in children, “I read on the official WOŚP website about choosing a goal for this year’s final.

33. The final of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity fell on Sunday, i.e. on January 26. In the previous edition, dedicated to the purchase of equipment for diagnosing, monitoring and rehabilitation of patient lung diseases in pulmonary departments for children and adults – a gigantic amount of PLN 281 879 118.07 was collected.
