The conversation of Sławomir Mentzen, who took third place in the first round of voting, as well as Karol Nawrocki, who moved to the second round, took place on Thursday – was broadcast on the YouTube channel of the confederation leader. President of the Institute of National Remembrance, a candidate of Law and Justice, was asked about “supporter laws” by the host. Mentzen admitted that although he went to football matches in the past, he never took part in fights. What about Nawrocki?
The PiS candidate indicated that-when it is generally about various “forms of fighting”-it was “there were a lot of them in his life.” He reminded that he was a champion of Pomerania in heavy weight in boxing – specifically amateur. He trained at the Gdańsk Shipyard and was a member of the STUCZNiOWIEC Sports Club. The MP continued – he suddenly mentioned the event to be reported to him by “common friends” – his and Nawrocki. – You fought in such 70 out of 70 – he described. – I think this is something that you should boast about, because hardly any president in a group of several dozen in several dozen fans is beaten. It is really interesting for me – he confessed. He even added that he “impresses”.
Nawrocki only replied that “he appeared in various modules of noble fights, always sports.” – I did not always leave them victorious, because this sport – like every sport – of course requires determination and to be prepared for such a walk, but I liked sports activity. I still like, I train all the time – he said. In the summary, he noted that “these sports activities in some sense gave him readiness and character to be a candidate for the office of president today.”

Interia unofficially established that in November 2014, the hooligans of two football clubs – Lechia Gdańsk and Lech Poznań – stood opposite each other. 73 supporters of Lech and 73 supporters of Lechia were to take part in the clash.
