Wedding with the help of AI. Will artificial intelligence be able to prepare it?
More and more couples are planning a wedding with the help of AI. Does artificial intelligence really facilitate preparation? We check with experts.
With the arrival of Easter, the wedding season starts. The number of ceremonies and parties is growing rapidly, and companies from the wedding service sector record increased interest. Photographers, florists, wedding dress salons, as well as restaurants and music bands have full hands of work. It is also a moment of intensive preparation for young couples that plan their big days in this period. More and more of them are supported in preparing for this special day with artificial intelligence. We ask experts from the wedding industry about whether AI can really support.
Wedding with the help of AI – a wedding in the style of artificial intelligence
More and more future newlyweds are reaching for AI tools, counting on easier and faster preparations for the wedding. However, technology will not replace human instinct, sense and experience.
– Bride and groom are more and more willing to use artificial intelligence and in theory everything is correct: AI will plan a schedule, write the budget and generate hundreds of inspiration. In practice, however, a wedding is a living event, not a project managed by the algorithm – says Hanna Juszczak from Weddings & Events in an interview with “Wprost”.
As he notes, couples who rely only on technology often get lost in the maze of automatic tips and online “certainty”.
– As a wedding planner, I see it up close and I explain many times that a man is needed for such work, who not only knows the realities of the industry, but can react quickly, take control and protect the client from chaos. This will not be provided for this. Technology can be a tool, but it will not replace experience, contact with man and will not establish relationships – says the expert.
Wedding with the help of AI – a bouquet in the style of artificial intelligence
Artificial intelligence also boldly enters wedding floristry. It helps to design bouquets, choose the colors and species of flowers, and even predict the season’s trends, but according to an expert it is not enough.
– As a wedding florist, I believe that flowers are selected not only for the style of the room, but above all for man. Colors, smells and species often reflect interests, memories, and sometimes even family stories – says Katarzyna Górniewska, by The Table.
According to the florist, artificial intelligence will not replace human sensitivity and emotions that accompany preparations for this special day.
– AI, although fast and effective, uses trends and algorithms – not emotions. He generates bouquets, creates moodboards, suggests “perfect” solutions, but he does not know that lavender resembles a bride and a grandmother’s vacation, and blue hydrangeas were in her mother’s bouquet. Automation is helpful, but chaos begins when we forget that the wedding is not a graphic design. It is a celebration of emotions, closeness and memories. Artificial intelligence can support, but he is a man – with heart and sensitivity – he can create floristry that really moves – says the florist.
