We will pay so much for the fuel at the end of the holidays. Experts do not rule out increases
Changing the direction at wholesale prices is a signal that the decreases in fuel prices at stations can slow down – warn the experts of e-petrol.pl. However, they provide for stabilization for the last week of holidays.
E-Petrol.pl experts Gabriela Kozan and Grzegorz Maziak indicate that the end of the holiday on the fuel market brings an ambiguous picture of the situation. In wholesale sales in the refineries of Orlen and Saudi Aramco you can see slight increases – gasoline 95 increased by 0.53 percent, i.e. by PLN 26.60 per 1000 liters to the level of PLN 4473.20 net, and diesel oil by PLN 0.87, which means a rise by PLN 39.40 at PLN 4571.20/1000 l.
– Changing the direction at wholesale prices is a signal that the decreases in retail prices can slow down, if the wholesale trend persists also in the following days -E-TROL.pl analysts write.
For now, drivers can still use light discounts at gas stations. The popular “95” costs on average 5.77 PLN/l, or 2 grosze less than a week ago. A reduction by 2 grosze was also noted by autogas, whose liter of LPG costs PLN 2.59, which – as experts note – is the lowest price level of this fuel for over four years. More, because 4 grosze was caught by diesel, whose current price is 5.93 PLN/l.
How much will we pay for the fuel at the end of the holiday?
Kozan and Maziak also pay attention to the persistent high model retail margins – for gasoline 95 they currently amount to 23 grosze, and for diesel as much as 25 grosze per liter. This means that station operators still have space to correct prices depending on the market situation.
How many drivers will they pay for fuel in the last week of vacation? E-Petrol.pl analysts forecasts indicate stabilization, although-as they point out-with the current direction of changes in wholesale and reaching information from the global market, the risk of returning increases is not excluded.
– On August 25–31, gasoline 98 prices should be in the range of 6.48–6.59 PLN/l, gasoline 95 from 5.70 to 5.81 PLN/l, and diesel oil in the range of 5,83-5.95 PLN/l. Autogaz has a chance to remain extremely cheap fuel – forecasts indicate prices of PLN 2.55–2.62/l – predict Kozan and Maziak.
