Warsaw better than Paris and Berlin. The prestigious ranking confirms success

The latest ranking prepared by The Financial Times positions Warsaw in the top three of the best European cities of the future. In this year’s edition of “European Cities & Regions of the Future 2025”, the capital of Poland is ahead of, among others Paris, Amsterdam or Berlin. Above only London and Dublin.
As emphasized by the portal “Propertynews.pl”, Warsaw retains its leadership among the cities of Central and Eastern Europe. She took particularly high places in the categories of “business friendliness” and “human capital and lifestyle”, where she came in the 2nd place in Europe.
– One position compared to last year’s list is confirmation that our efforts to build a city friendly to residents and investors bring results. In addition to the fact that we want to provide residents with the best living conditions every day, we also conduct many activities that adapt the city to changes taking place in the world – says Rafał Trzaskowski, president of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw.
This year’s successes of Warsaw
Warsaw has once again proved that it is one of the key business and academic centers in Europe, a dynamically developing city of the future. In this year’s ranking, the capital of Poland was highly rated in several key categories:

Warsaw friendly for business
– The high position of Warsaw is the result of many activities that increase the attractiveness of the capital as the future business center of Europe and the world – said Maciej Fijałkowski, secretary of the Capital City of Warsaw, emphasizing her openness and modernity.
Warsaw has been taking a leading place in the ranking of business -friendly cities for years, giving way only to London. Promotion is particularly significant by three places in the category “Human capital and lifestyle”. Just two years ago, she was not classified in this category at all, which makes this year a great success.
– The capital of Poland is an open and modern city, which is a great place to conduct business activities, gain great education, but above all to life, which is confirmed by as much as 87 percent. residents – adds Fijałkowski.
What is the ranking of cities of the future?
The “European Cities & Regions of the Future” ranking is a prestigious statement prepared by FDI Intelligence, part of “The Financial Times”. Assess the investment attractiveness of cities and regions of Europe, analyzing, among others Economic potential, business friendliness, human capital and quality of life. The 2025 edition includes 379 cities and 142 regions, divided by size. The ranking is dominated by London, Dublin and Warsaw, which confirms their growing position as key economic and innovative centers in Europe.
