Voxdeveloper CRM, a supplier of the most popular CRM system for developers, joins the Property Group
Polska Grupa Inwestycyjny Property Group (owner of, among others, RynekPierwotny.pl portal), leader of e-commerce solutions for the real estate industry, announces the takeover of a strategic package of shares in the Voxcommerce Group, which is the supplier of the most popular CRM system for housing developers in Poland. Thus, Property implements the next stage of the investment strategy announced at the beginning of 2025.
The agreement assumes the option of taking over the GROUP100% shares in VOX within 2 years. This is another step after taking over the Esticrm company serving real estate brokers. The strategic goal of the management of Property is to create the One-Stop-Shop solution for the entire real estate industry.
Developers need advanced analytics

The takeover of the manufacturer of the VoxDeveloper system is a natural stage of implementing our ecosystem construction strategy on the real estate market. He allocated nearly PLN 200 million for the implementation of the strategy for 2025-2028. These are funds for investments that will allow planned acquisitions, organic development of tools based on artificial intelligence and date science, as well as the integration of previously taken over companies (Esticrm, housing platform). In addition to the acquisitions of Property Group, the company focuses on the development of its own e-commerce tools for market service. At the moment, due to the disclosure of prices, AI recommendation models, predictive algorithms and analytical tools supporting the selection and purchase of apartments. Voxcommerce Group also has an established position on the real estate market. Revenues from activities obtained by the Company over the past three years have grown two -digit year.
Transformation in One-Stop-Shop
Property Group implements the construction strategy of the integrated ecosystem of services for the housing real estate market, including developers, intermediaries and end clients. At the moment, the company is the owner of the portals of RynekPierwotny.pl and Gethome.pl, and tools for real estate agents: ESTICRM system and a housing platform. Property Group serves over 1,000 developers, 15,000 brokers and hundreds of thousands of individual users who buy apartments and houses through search engines belonging to the company. The takeover of Voxdeveloper CRM will complement the offer with a CRM solution for developers.

Katarzyna Cyprynowska and Mariusz Kania were also minority shareholders of Voxcommerce, known on the real estate market, including as the founders and creators of the Metrohouse Group and the Organizer of the Fair and Conference Nowy Address. The transaction of buying VOX shares by Property Group enabled them to leave this investment.
When the supplier of the most popular CRM system in Poland for developers changes the owner, the transformation rate of the entire housing real estate industry is naturally growing. This is part of the trend of digitization of traditional industries more and more often reaching for advanced analytical systems. Today, the value of the entire Polish CRM market in 2025 is approximately PLN 1.1 billion. Although the CRM market for developers is still a small part of the Polish CRM market, its value will only grow due to the professionalization of developers and the digitization of analytical tools. According to experts, the CRM market for real estate will grow much faster than 7% of CAGR, i.e. the average growth for the entire CRM market in Poland.
When signing the shares of shares, investment consultants from CC Group worked, providing the parties with financial and transactional services.
