Voice persona AI is already there
The technology company Quantum Neuron presented the voice Person AI. This is the next step of this company in building the concepts of intelligent “virtual colleagues and their implementation into enterprises.
During “Business Tuzów”, the events of the weekly “Wprost”, Quantum Neuron presented its voice person AI. This company implements the concept of the so -called AI textual staff for several years, but this time they went a step further – they launched the product “Voice Persons”. It is a system that integrates with VoIP technology, and processes the entire telephone conversation according to the given sequences (“Stages”).
Błażej Chyła, founder of the international, digital group of Quantum Holding, which included Quantum Neuron Ai explained during the event that the so -called AI agents automate processes, but AI Person will be something more – a space that allows you to communicate in a human style.
“Voice Persons have the task automatically to categorize, classify needs, choose roles, and implement emotions to their statements,” he explained.
The presented Voice Persona uses up to 8 LLMs known to us, i.e. language models-the person’s voice model has been trained by Quantum Neuron so as to always choose the best model for a given task.
What does the implementation of the voice persona give?
For example, in the real estate agency, in addition to receiving phones from leads and arranging meetings, it may also answer the questions of stakeholders. Thus, it reduces the time of talks with the client by approx. 50%.
In turn, e.g. in Beauty showrooms, due to the fact that it works non -stop (not like an ordinary employee at specific working hours), can increase the number of registration for visits by 25%. Its advantage is that it is not wrong – it has access to vector bases and can immediately give customers data from these bases. For example, when they ask a real estate agent, what a distribution has a given apartment, and how many meters individual rooms, his person’s response can formulate faster than a person.
