On Friday, users in Poland reported problems with the operation of Facebook. This is the second website failure in recent days.

According to reports from the website downdetector.pl, on April 24, from the early morning hours, Facebook users in Poland reported problems with the website’s operation.

When did the problems with Facebook start?

The first difficulties in using the website were noted on the website downdetector.pl around 5.40 on Friday. In the following hours, the failure began to worsen. Most user reports were recorded at 10.23.

Internet users were to inform about problems related to, among others: page loading or incorrect operation of the so-called news. According to the map from the downdetector.pl website, most user reports came from Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków, Gdańsk, Poznań, Olsztyn, Bydgoszcz and Szczecin.

Problems with the operation of the website were reported on the same day by users from the Netherlands. Most alerts appeared there around 8.50. “Facebook doesn’t load, a strange image appears,” wrote one of the Dutch Internet users, reporting a problem with the website in his country.

Just three and nine days ago, users in Poland also reported a website failure. Then problems would arise, including: with adding new entries.

According to information published on the website downdetector.pl, the website provides real-time data on the status of Internet services.

“We process tens of millions of problem reports each month and support over 34,000 services in 72 countries.” – informed. “Downdetector collects and processes user reports to identify when they may indicate potential issues with the service, helping both businesses and users detect potential issues.” – added. Importantly, Downdetector also monitors “other online sources for service issues”.
