PKO BP issued a communiqué informing customers of technical works planned for May 24 on the bank’s websites and mobile applications. The disruptions will last six hours. – On Sunday, at 00:01-06:00, we need time to work on our websites and mobile applications – we read in the bank’s announcement.

They will be unavailable during these hours. The largest Polish bank emphasizes that card payments will operate without disruptions. Service work not only in PKO BP

Customers of other banks must also expect inconvenience this coming weekend. From midnight to 10.00 on the night from Saturday to Sunday (23/24) service work was planned by Credit Agricole. Importantly, during technical works, the bank will not send SMSes confirming transactions made on the account.

Even today, customers of VeloBank and Erste Bank Polska will experience difficulties. On the night from Friday to Saturday (May 22/23) at 23.30 – 8.40 customers of the first institution will not be able to log in to the mobile application and use Blik. The bank does not rule out that there may also be difficulties with making card payments online. However, this is not the end, because on Sunday (May 24) from midnight to 8.00 customers will not log in to electronic banking in the browser or the bank’s mobile application. Erste Bank Polska will be closed today (May 22) at 9:00 p.m. temporarily, Erste Exchange Office, and from From 11 p.m. to 7.30 a.m. on Saturday (May 23), customers will not be able to use online banking. The bank’s application will operate in limited mode on Saturday from 3.00.
