Władysław Grochowski wants to raise fertility in Poland. He created a private educational allowance for families who will spit the child in the hotel network belonging to him.
The Arche Hotel network has already stood up to the challenge. In 2022 she granted over 5,000 accommodation for refugees from Ukraine – mainly mothers with young children. Władysław Grochowski systemically looked after Ukrainian orphans from orphanages. The marriage of Lena and Władysław Grochowski and the Lena Grochowska Foundation they run in 2023 received the Nansen award from UNHCR, the United Nations Agency for this initiative.
Now it’s time to improve fertility in Poland. Hotel guests arche, who “during their stay will take care of conceiving a child”, will receive a free family party. Network employees will receive 10,000 each. PLN for offspring.

– Every couple who, during a stay in one of 23 hotels of the Arche chain, will take care of conceiving a child, will receive a free family party related to births, e.g. baptisms, organized in one of our events or restaurants. But benefits in the form of 10,000 PLN for each born child may be expected by company employees and buyers of our apartments for 5 years from the date of purchase of a dwelling for their own housing purposes – Władysław Grochowski announced in a statement.
He also informed that in several Arche network facilities there are revitalized churches ready to give weddings or baptisms. – In designated locations such as the Janów Podlaski Castle and the Palace and Folwark Łochów, a park with trees will also be built, which will be planted after every birth and a plaque with the name of the descendant – adds President Arche. Parents of the first child born under this program will also get a stroller and a special welcome package.
Without raising the fertility, Poland will disappear
According to the Birth Gauge website, cited by Gazeta.pl, 58,000 were born in the first quarter of 2025 in Poland. kids. It’s up to 10 percent less than in the same period of 2024.
