Two tasks for Rafał Brzoska. “One absurdity and one strategically important issue”
It is already a tradition that the rulers entrust deregulations to people with extensive experience in business. They are the ones who come into contact with the oppressive state, unable to fully use their talents and potential.
During the first PiS was Roman Kluska, whom the state put into custody and destroyed the stock market company. Janusz Palikot managed the platform “Friendly State”, who after years also found himself in custody, but at his own request.
The actions of Rafał Brzoski will probably improve something. Not too much and not for long, because this is the nature of the state, especially bureaucracy. This is able to come up with and implement the most absurd recipes.
However, it is worth trying, so I toss two matters about which recently written in the media.
The plot is not able to build
Next year, spatial planning regulations are changing. As the previous government decided, and the current one has only dragged in time, it will be possible to build only where there is the so -called Social infrastructure. This means that in the city you will not build a housing estate or even a home for yourself, if there is no school at a distance of 1.5 km. In the villages, this distance must be 3 km. In addition, there must also be a area of public greenery of a large area at a distance of 3 km. Municipalities can move this border, but they do not have to. Nurseries, kindergartens and cultural institutions can also add to schools.
The intention was to organize dispersed buildings and stop housing estates built in the middle of nowhere. As a result, you will not be able to build your own plot.
